    You can apply for an apartment at Emblem Oswego online here or in-person.


    Please bring a valid form of identification, DL, State ID, or Passport. Emblem Oswego uses a 3rd party verification system to validate identification.  


    The application fee for Emblem Oswego is $65 per applicant. This fee is due at the time of application. 


    Yes, the admin fee for a home at Emblem Oswego is $250 per household. This fee is due at the time of application. 


    No. Emblem Oswego does not require a security deposit unless your credit requires it.


    If you require a deposit, it is subject to a refund. Your final account statement may receive reductions to the deposit based on the condition of the home and/or any outstanding payments that are due.


    Yes, Emblem Oswego is pet friendly. We allow cats and dogs only.  


    Emblem Oswego limits 2 pets per home that are no larger than 65lbs each at full growth. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 that is due at move-in. The monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. Breed restrictions do apply and are as followed: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Akita, German Shepherds, Presa, Canarios, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes and Staffordshire Terriers. Exotic pets are also prohibited. 


    Emblem Oswego is in the highly rated public school district of SD308.


    Emblem Oswego utilizes a 3rd party screening system to determine qualified applicants. The standard income qualifications require a monthly income that meets or exceeds 3x the amount of the monthly rent. 


    Emblem Oswego accepts your most recent W-2, 3 months of bank statements, or your 3 most recent paystubs. Any other forms of income will need to be consulted with our leasing office. Stipulations may apply. For further details please inquire with the leasing office or contact us here


    Emblem Oswego requires all tenants on the lease to qualify for the home. 


    Emblem Oswego does allow lease breaks. A 60-day notice to vacate is required along with a lease break fee that totals 2 months of rent. The remaining 2 months of rent is still owed in addition to the fee.


    Currently, Emblem Oswego offers 12-to-15-month leases. 


    Renter’s Insurance is required for all lease holders at Emblem Oswego of $100,000 in personal liability. Please consult our leasing office if you would like more information on where to obtain Renter’s Insurance.


    Emblem Oswego does not offer furnished apartment homes; however, our Leasing Team can put you in contact with a representative from Cort who will assist with furnishing your apartment here


    Rent at Emblem Oswego is due on the 1st of every month. We do allow a 4-day grace period before late fees may incur.  


    Emblem Oswego has a dog park located onsite. There is also a Happy Trails Dog Park that is 10 minutes away from Emblem Oswego.


    Ogden Falls Park and it is 5 minutes away from Emblem Oswego.



    Yes. Emblem Oswego has an on-site maintenance team that works during normal business hours. We also offer a 24/7 monitored emergency maintenance line.  


    Yes. Emblem Oswego offers surface lot parking or detached garages for rent. Detached garages are $150/month, while surface lot parking is available at no extra cost. Detached garage availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
